Astrolabius

Astrolabius is a unique restaurant located on Serrano Street in Madrid, it is a gourmet gastro-cocktail restaurant decorated with a very own style by Hevia family. Its culinary family tradition is modernized by the next generation.

At the entrance of the restaurant it has a marble stairs, and then we find tall blue bar stools. The walls are decorated with floral motifs and there is a circus stripes painted on the ceiling. It predominates in the ambience a rebel style where contrasts between the upholstery colors, skateboards on the wall, some black doors and the chandeliers which hangs from the ceiling.

Astrolabius offers an exquisite traditional Spanish cuisine made carefully, paying attention to detail. It also has a marble and copper bar where is offered a variety of cocktails for all those lovers of spirits and distillates, among which it has been noteworthy a large selection of absinthe.

Dishes on the menu: Mini burger  of sirloin, croqueta black truffle and  porcini mushrooms, squid sandwich, salad green sprouts, goat cheese and nuts; entrecote of galician cow, three-cheese cake.
