Aire is a restaurant located in Madrid specialized in the poultry cuisine, retrieves the flavors of the past with natural products from ethical and sustainable farms. It is a rotisserie directed by Erika Feldman and Ignacio González-Haba where the roast techniques and traditional homemade recipes are presented.
The cozy and elegant restaurant is decorated with wooden tables and chairs that give a rustic touch to the environment, we also find sofas, all in clear and harmonic tones, which transmits tranquility and comfort. The space is furnished minimalist but in an elegant way.
