The Italians brought to Argentina three of their best specialties: pasta, pizza and milanese. At Sí Chef decided to bet on the last two and it seems that they were not mistaken.
For a good milanese it is not worth any cut of meat and for that the chef of Sí Chef only uses fileto, thin and juicy veal. At this restaurant they prepare it with homemade tomato sauce and fried egg, bacon, olives, melted cheese... Different variants, although all of them delicious. And, if we talk about the pizzas, these are delicious too thanks to the quality homemade dough.
Sí Chef is located in Barcelona's Gràcia district, in a place with a cozy and informal atmosphere. It is a very good option to have dinner before going out for a drink in the neighborhood.
