The Alastruey family, originally from Albacete, runs since 1963 a modest restaurant located next to the Mercat de Santa Caterina where they offer authentic home cooking made with love and the best seasonal produce.
Alastruey’s success is undeniably due to the quality of the products Josefina and her husband buy daily according to market availability and cook with respect and no pretentions. The result are hearty dishes that have a loyal clientele.
The space, simple and homey, also serves excellent breakfasts that are famous in the area.
