Located in central Madrid, in the heart of art, since 1994, Al Natural bets since then on a healthy cuisine, seasonal and made mostly with biological products- in fact have their own garden where they grow without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
The menu therefore offers about 60 vegetarian and vegan dishes, healthy and free of fat, made with quality raw material. They provide tasting set menu as well as daily set menu from Monday to Friday.
The restaurant, in a rustic atmosphere, originally decorated by Miguel Gracia Charity, is divided into three rooms relaxed and informal atmosphere. It has a capacity for 70 people in three different rooms.
Dishes on the set menu: spinach croquettes, fresh spinach salad and cherries, grilled garden vegetables, pie zucchini lasagna stuffed with soy, vegetable sausage and vegetable gratin, seitan and wild chanterelles, tofu green pepper or roquefort, stuffed eggplant gratin, mushrooms and spinach pie, paella with vegetables and whole iziki algae, seitan steak on the grill.
