At Rokelin Gourmet, chef David Leiva expertly prepares traditional recipes, but with his own style, in which he introduces details as suggestive as disruptive. One of its secrets: the long hours of cooking –between 7 and 14hr– at low temperature.
In the menu of this restaurant the meat stands out and, among them, the suckling pig, probably the best in Barcelona. At Rokelin Gourmet we will find bushmeat such as partridge, as well as a short but excellent selection of fish dishes.
