The luxurious restaurant Moments, located at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in the Paseo de Gracia of Barcelona, has since its inauguration in 2009 under the direction of Carme Ruscalleda, the only chef with seven Michelin stars in the world, and his son, Raul Balam, in charge of the kitchen.

Scallops with artichokes from El Maresme and spicy oil. Deer fillet wit demi-glace and parsnip cake.
