In Barcelona's Eixample Esquerre Quarter there is since 2005 the restaurant Maur Muntaner that serves traditional Catalan cuisine. It was born from the restarant Maur of Sant Antoni, which was first a bakery with a wood oven. In this same way, the star of the restaurant is also a wood oven.
