Informal is the luxurious restaurant that is located inside the five star hotel The Serras of Barcelona, directed by the prestigious chef Marc Gascons. Following the success of his previous project in Girona, Els Tinars, that was recognized with a Michelin star, in 2015 he moves to Barcelona with Informal.
At Informal, Marc Gascons bets on an intimate and creative interpretation of the best of the Catalan and Mediterranean tradition. He renews the classic recipes with delicious results. His cuisine lives on seasonal produce to maintain the high level of raw material, so, because of it, the restaurant's menu changes periodically.
Informal is a place decorated in a modern and elegant way, which welcomes its guests in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, just in front of the Barcelona pier.
