Located in the Horta - Guinardó district, El Jardí de l'Àpat is one of those magical places of Barcelona. This former restaurant and brasserie was founded in 1900 and has magnificent gardens and incredible views. It is ideal to go with the whole family.
The menu is based on the traditional Catalan cuisine, including all its variety of meats, vegetables, meats, cheeses and pates. It is a nice place to eat cooked snails (by focusing on the recipe from Lleida) or pig's feet. Moreover, while in season the famous 'calçots' are also available (calçots are a typical catalan food based on spring onions with a special sauce. It's a must try since they are only seasonal).
