Angle was born in April 2008 in Sant Fruitòs de Bages, within the cultural, tourist and leisure project Món Sant Benet, where the Alicia Foundation is also located. It opens its doors in June 2013 in the Hotel Cram, with the same philosophy, with the will to make clients enjoy with all the senses. Karen Escribano as a master and sommelier and chef Jordi Cruz, together they start the project, which collects its first award a few months after its opening, when it was nominated with 1* in the prestigious Michelin Guide in November 2008.
With capacity for 50 diners, Angle offers a close, attentive and professional service. The space is completed by two private rooms, with capacity for 10 and 60 people.
Today, the chef Jordi Cruz and Alberto Durá as head chef develop in Angle common goals: to convey clearly the messages hidden in the recipes and to define each day their way of understanding the gastronomy.
Dishes: Carabineer bullabese infused with aniseed. Scamorza spheres, smoked calçots and hazelnuts infused with mushrooms and thyme. Scallop with textures of carrot and spicy sprouts. Crunchy cookie with yogurt, flowers and violet ice cream.
