In 2016 in Barcelona was born Monocrom Bistró & Vins to honor natural, organic and biodynamic wines. By the hand of two brothers, Xavi and Janina, with experience in the wine world.
In the bistro's menu, the great protagonists are the wines as they have a selection of more than 150 from small natural and organic producers. To accompany, they offer a variety of Catalan and Mediterranean-inspired dishes, made with organic quality products, no artificial colors or additives.
Monocrom Bistró & Vins has a room with small tables and a cellar in sight.
Dishes: Assorted cold cuts. Tuna and cod salad from Vilanova i la Geltrú. Marinated mackerel rillette with orange. Mollete bread with slow-roast pork neckfat, fresh herbs and mustard. Fish of the day. Leg of lamb with cabbage stew. Grilled bittersweet pork rib with carrots and glazed onions.
