Melic del Gòtic is a restaurant specialized in grilled meat that as the name suggests is located in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. It opened in 2010 by Grup Ferré, head of the emblematic 4 Gats among other restaurants. The set menu is based on the Mediterranean cuisine and stands outs especially for its charchoal-grilled meats. It also serves exquisite starters and excellent salads and pasta dishes. Previously, in the fifteenth century, the same restaurant Melic del Gòtic was a Monstióconvent. Today still retains the stone walls which provide a rustic and authentic touch to the restaurant.
