Hisop, named after an aromatic herb, is a restaurant which offers contemporary Catalan cuisine in the neighborhood of Sant Gervasi. With over ten years of experience, is a role model thanks to its perseverance and determination.

Chef Oriol Ivern always surprises us with his fabulous cuisine based on traditional Catalan dishes offering a creative, personal and tempting touch. In addition, he was awarded a Michelin star in 2010.

Hisop welcomes us in a cozy and elegant space, where we can enjoy a magnificent value for money and exquisite cuisine.

Dishes: Crystallized young pork, smoked with mushrooms and citrus juice. Hake with mushrooms and asparagus. Foie with hazelnuts, corn salad and quince. Selection of cheeses.

Positive: La calidad de la materia prima y su preparación fueron excelentes, el enplatado muy bueno, la temperatura de los platos servidos adecuada y correcta.
