Since 2002, Swiss Stefan and his wife run a small restaurant specialized in the most typical dish of their country: the fondue.

Basilea is a genuinely Swiss restaurant that is sourced with the best Swiss cheeses to offer up to 16 varieties of fondues, as well as delicious raclettes. The menu also features meat fondue, which is served with excellent homemade sauces, and chocolate fondue for those who manage to arrive to the desserts.

Boasting a quiet and intimate atmosphere, the restaurant welcomes us between brick walls dressed with paintings that evoke this beautiful city in northern Switzerland.

Dishes: Swiss cheese fondues and raclettes. Meat fondues (Bourguignonne, Vigneron, Bacchus).
